I JUST EXERCISED.

i enjoyed the "trying-hard-to-catch-my-breath" feeling all of a sudden. :D
although wht i did may sound miserable to ppl out there.
it's a gd start i guess! (che, go to the stadium soon k.)
wht i did:
jogging - 20mins
jumping jacks - 50.
+ warming up & cooling down exercises.
ALL INSIDE MY TINY HSE.
i ran round my hse like a dumbass for many many many rounds just to reach 20mins. & i wonder if i pissed my dad off by running around him when he's trying to take a nap.
HEH.
i rly hope i can maintain this for the many days to come.
